After-sale Service

During the equipment debugging period, there is a dedicated person on site to guide the operation of the user.

Specially dispatch engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software failures that occur during system trial operation, and provide spare parts for equipment that is prone to problems.

Provide a hotline to receive inquiries from users at any time.

Our company's engineers will provide on-site operation training to users' technical personnel and constantly explain the structure and design of the system, including hardware performance, system software, maintenance features, etc.

Warranty Policy

We provides a free warranty period of 12 months from the date of equipment acceptance.

We provide lifelong maintenance services for the equipment sold by us.

Regular inspection during the warranty period: conducted every six months, with email notification of inspection items. After the inspection, our company's engineers will fill out a detailed report and attach it to the user's file as a reference for future maintenance. The inspection file must be confirmed by both the engineer and the user.

Emergency maintenance during the warranty period: Provide real-time telephone response and on-site service within 48 hours when encountering user emergency maintenance requirements.

During the warranty period, if there is any damage or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing it free of charge until the performance requirements are met, and no further fees will be charged.

Regardless of in and out of warranty period, we provides free telephone consultation services and technical maintenance related data.
